      简要评述填料-聚合物和填料-填料相互作用对填充硫化胶动态性能、湿摩擦性能,特别是微观弹性流体力学润滑作用以及耐磨性能的影响,并从理论和实践两方面讨论这些影响。胎面胶的滞后损失、湿摩擦性能和耐磨性能分别对轮胎的滚动阻力、湿滑性能和耐磨性能起决定作用。填料结构形态及表面特性对硫化胶的滞后损失、湿摩擦性能和耐磨性能影响很大。
英文摘要:
      The effects of filler-polymer and filler-filler interactions on dynamic properties,wet friction,especially micro-elasto-lubrication and abrasion resistance were briefly reviewed in both theoretical and practical aspects.It was generally accepted that dynamic hysteresis,wet friction,and abrasion resistance of tread compounds played dominant roles in rolling resistance,wet skid resistance and wear resistance of tires,respectively.For filled vulcanizates,these properties were significantly affected by the filler morphology and its surface characteristics.
