| 对工程机械轮胎胎面胶配方进行改进，以提高胎面胶综合性能。结果表明，适当增大SBR的用量，以炭黑N231替代炭黑N220，并对配方其它体系进行微调，胎面胶抗崩花掉块和抗撕裂性能提高，更能适应恶劣的工作环境，轮胎使用寿命延长。 |

| A FE model of steady rolling radial tires was established considering the geometric nonlinearity of tire deformation,and the nonlinear contacts between tire and rim and tire and ground under deformation and so on.The effectiveness and reliability of the model was confirmed by the fact that the maximum cross sectional width and stress predicted from the model were well in accordance with the experimental data. |
