      试验研究以粘合树脂A250替代间苯二酚在全钢子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用效果。结果表明,通过调整钢丝粘合胶配方,以2.5份粘合树脂A250替代1.5份间苯二酚,促进剂采用快速促进剂NS,胶料的门尼焦烧时间延长,正硫化时间延迟缓慢;硫化胶的定伸应力略有提高,热空气老化后撕裂强度和钢丝抽出力明显提高,同时解决了间苯二酚危害人体健康和污染环境的问题。
英文摘要:
      The application of adhesive resin A250 instead of resorcinol in carcass ply compound of TBR tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,by using 2.5 phr A250 instead of 1.5 phr resorcinol,and with rapid accelerator NS,the scorch time and the cure time extended,the mo-dulus at 100% and 300% of vulcanizate increased slightly,the tear strength after heat aging test and the H pull out force increased greatly,and the pollution and toxicity of resorcinol were also avoided.
