中文摘要:
      对SBR1721基本性能及对轿车轮胎胎面胶性能的影响进行研究,并与SBR1712进行比较。结果表明,与SBR1712相比,SBR1721结合苯乙烯含量高,相对分子质量大、分布宽,玻璃化温度高;SBR1721胶料混炼工艺性能略好,挤出工艺性能相当;SBR1721用于轿车轮胎胎面胶可显著改善胎面抗湿滑性能,但对滚动阻力、生热和耐磨性能有一定负面影响,滚动阻力和生热可通过适当增大白炭黑用量进行调节,但需考虑平衡耐磨性能。
英文摘要:
      The basic properties of SBR1721 and their effects on performance of tread compound of PCR tire were investigated and compared to SBR1712.The results showed that SBR1721 contained more bound styrene,had higher MwMnMwMn and Tg,and better mixing behavior,similar extru-dability when compared to SBR1712;the wet skid resistance of tread compound improved significantly by using SBR1721,but the rolling resistance and heat build-up increased,and the abrasion resistance decreased;the rolling resistance and heat build-up could be improved by increasing the addition level of silica,but the abrasion resistance decreased.
