中文摘要:
      研究白炭黑等量替代炭黑对集成橡胶(SIBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明,白炭黑部分和完全替代炭黑,SIBR硫化胶的耐磨性能改善,0 ℃时的tanδ值增大,60 ℃时的tanδ值减小。用20~30份白炭黑等量替代炭黑,可获得加工性能、综合物理性能、耐磨性能、抗湿滑性能好和滚动阻力小的SIBR胎面胶。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the silica on the properties of SIBR compound by substituting for the same level of carbon black was investigated.The results showed that the abrasion resistance of SIBR vulcanizate improved by substituting the silica for the partial or whole carbon black,and at the same time,tanδ at 0 ℃ increased and tanδ at 60 ℃ decreased.A SIBR tread with better processibility,physical properties,abrasion resistance and wet traction as well as lower rolling resistance was obtained by using 20~30 phr silica instead of the same level of carbon black.
