| 介绍9R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的研制情况。根据技术要求进行结构设计,优化模型外直径和断面宽等结构参数;胎面选取纵向曲折花纹。重点介绍带束层结构、帘线密度、帘线角度、宽度和长度的设计及气密层胶料配方设计以及采用荷兰VMI一次法成型机生产轮胎的混炼、压延、挤出、裁断和成型等的工艺路线。开发的轮胎的各项性能符合设计和国标要求。 |

| A 9R22.5 BTR tire has been developed.The structural design is described with the emphasis on the overall diameter and cross-sectional width of the tire mold,the structure,cord count,cord angle,length of the belt,and the processes including mixing,calendering,extruding,cutting and assembling based on VMI one-stage building machine.The longitudinal zig-zag tread patterns are used.The performance of the developed tire meets the requirement in the relavant national standards. |
