| 主要叙述了S型四辊压延机压延厚度自动检测及自动控制系统的开发及研制，着重阐述该系统结构的设计以及厚度自动检测系统中模型的建立。厚度控制软件在常规PID控制的基础上采用增量式调节，控制系统采用与现场“手控”完全独立的控制方案，并对生产线描述所需的其它控制参数的数据采集及处理进行了设计。该系统已在国内多家轮胎厂使用，应用效果良好。 |

| The development of an automatic gauge measuring and control system for the calendered cord on the four-roll calender with S configuration is described with the emphasis on the design of system structure and the establishment of model in automatic gauge measuring system.The gauge control system is adjusted in the incremental way based on the conventional PID control and is independent from the hand control.The data collection and process of other control parameters necessary for describing the production line are designed. |
