      对SBR1721与SBR1712的性能进行了对比研究。结果表明，SBR1721与SBR1712相比，生胶和胶料的加工性能相近，硫化胶的硬度较高，拉伸强度、扯断伸长率较大，300%定伸应力和撕裂强度相当，抗湿滑性和操纵性较好，生热稍高，耐磨性较差。SBR1721是高速轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶理想的胶种。
英文摘要:
      A comparative study on the properties of S BR1721 and SBR1712 was made.The results showed that when compared to SBR1712，SBR 1721 gave similar processibility of both raw rubber and compound；and its vulcani zate presented higher hardhess，tensile strength and elongation at break，similar modulus at 300% and tear strength，improved wet traction and steering ability，but higher heat build-up and poorer wear resistance.In general，SBR1721 was an idea l synthetic rubber for tread compound of speed-rated radial passenger car tire.
