针对汽车运输限载政策,为适应现市场需求,对9.00-20 14PR载重斜交轮胎进行了优化设计。通过改进外轮廓、以6层2100dtex/2锦纶6帘布代替6层1870dtex/2锦纶6帘布、缓冲层采用一宽一窄结构代替原两窄结构等措施,提高了9.00-20 14PR的各项性能,使其达到或接近9.00-20 16PR的技术要求。 |

The design of 9.00-20 14PR truck tire was optimized in accordance with the policy of the overload limit in road transportation and the requirements in present market.The overall performance of 9.00-20 14PR tire reached or was closed to that of 9.00-20 16PR tire by modifying outer profile,replacing 2100dtex/2 nylon 6 carcass plies for 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 carcass plies,using breaker made of one wide ply and one narrow ply instead of that made of two
narrow plies. |
