| 研究了模量增强剂HMZ在轮胎胎面胶和缓冲胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明，在胎面胶中加入1.5份模量增强剂HMZ，不改变其它组分用量；在缓冲胶中加入2份模量增强剂HMZ，适当减小炭黑用量，可增大硫化胶的300%定伸应力、邵尔A型硬度和回弹值；胶料的门尼粘度有所下降，包辊性好，挤出和压延性能有所改善。试制的成品轮胎6.50-16 10PR的耐久性达到155.4 h，速度性能达到130 km·h-1。 |

| The effect of modulus promoter HMZ on the properties of tire tread and buffer was investi-gated.The test results showed that the modulus at 300 % elongation，Shore A hardness and rebound elasticity of vulcanizates increased by adding 1.5 phr of HMZ to tire tread without adjusting other ingredients and 2 phr of HMZ to tire buffer while reducing loading level of carbon black properly；and both compounds fea-tured lower Mooney viscosity，more easily banding on roll and improved ext rudability and calenderability.The endurance life of finished test tire 6.50-16 10PR reached 155.4 h and its speed reached 130km·h-1 in high speed test . |
