| 研究了粘合增进剂AIR-1在9.00-20 16PR载重斜交轮胎胎体缓冲层胶、帘布层外层胶和内层胶中的应用。试验结果表明，加入5份粘合增进剂AIR-1的试验配方与未加入粘合增进剂AIR-1的生产配方相比，缓冲层胶、帘布层外层胶和内层胶与帘线之间的粘合强度均优于生产配方，硫化胶的耐疲劳性能有所提高；轮胎成品的粘合强度提高30.3%，耐久性能提高32.95%，速度性能提高22.3%，混炼胶成本降低1.9%。 |

| The application of the adhesionpromoter AIR-1 to the cushion stock，the outer ply stock and the inner ply stock of 9.00-20 16PR bias truck tire was investigated. The results showed that the adhesion strength of the test compounds to cushion，outer ply and inner ply cords was superior to that of the production compounds by adding 5phr of AIR-1，and the fatigue endurance of the vulcanizate improved；the mix cost decreased by 1.9%；and as for the finished tire，the adhesion strength increased by 30.3%，the endurance increased by 32.95% and the high speed performance improved by 22.3%. |
