| 就活性氧化锌的效用在内胎胶中进行了小配合和车间大料及成品试验。结果表明，当活性氧化锌替代普通氧化锌，用量由5.0份改为3.0份时，胶料物理性能符合我公司内胎胶内控企业标准，所制内胎成品各项性能完全符合GB 7036.1—1997要求。采用活性氧化锌替代普通氧化锌，减小了用量，可降低内胎混炼胶成本，全年可节省21.6万元，经济效益显著。 |

| An evaluation was made on the effectiveness of active zinc oxide in tire tube compound by laboratory compounding，workshop compounding，and finished product tests.The results showed that the physical properties of compound met the requirements in the company standard and the performance of finished tube met the requirements in national standard GB 7036.1—1997 by using 3 phr of active zinc oxide instead of 5 phr of conventional zinc oxide；and the tube compound cost could be reduced by 216 000 yuan (RMB)·a-1. |
