      为改善SR胎面胶料性能,进行了改变配方中生胶比例及采用不同增粘树脂的对比试验。试验结果表明,选用TKB2120增粘树脂,减小BR的用量,增大SBR及炭黑的用量,可改善全SR胶料的混炼胶粘度,使胶料的工艺性能得以保证。成品胎的性能和实际里程均可满足使用要求,同时还可降低混炼胶的成本,提高经济效益。
英文摘要:
      A comparative test was made on the tread compounds with different polymer blending ratios and different tackifying resins to improve the properties of SR tread compound. The results showed that the mix viscosity and the processibility of SR compound were improved by using TKB-120 tackifying resin,decreasing BR proportion,increasing SBR and carbon black levels;and the performance and tread life were also improved and the mix cost was reduced.
