| 测定了分散型加工助剂胶易素T-78的理化性能并对其进行了应用试验研究。结果表明 ,胶料中加入胶易素T-78 ,可以降低门尼粘度 ,改善加工工艺性能 ,提高炭黑分散度 ,稳定和提高混炼胶质量。在此基础上与均匀剂40MSF并用又进行了大、小配合对比试验以及成品胎试验 ,结果显示 ,采用胶易素 T278 与均匀剂40MSF 并用的胶料以及用这种胶料制造的胎面胶 ,可以进一步提高 SR 用量 ,降低含胶率及胶料成本。 |

| The physico-chemical properties of GUM-EASY T-78 dispering agent was analysed and an experimental study of its application was made. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity decreased ,the processibility of compound and the dispersity of carbon black improved ,and the mix with constant high quality was obtained by the addition of GUM-EASY T-78. The laboratory and shop compounding tests were made by using GUM-EASY T-78/dispersive agent 40MSF ,and the performance of the finished tire was also investigated. The results showed that the SR blending ratio could be further increased ,and the rubber content and compound cost could be decreased by using T278/40MSF blend in tire t read compound. |
