| 进行了硫黄变量小配合试验,研究硫黄用量对NR 内胎耐热老化性能的影响。试验表明,减少硫黄用量对改善NR内胎耐热老化性能的作用十分明显。车间大配合试验结果显示,半有效硫化体系(硫黄0.9份、促进剂2.28份) 是最佳选择。9.00-20 成品内胎物理性能和存放试验也证实了此结果。 |

| The effect of the sulfur variation on the thermal aging properties of NR tube was investigated by laboratory test . The result s showed that the thermal aging properties of NR tube improved significantly by reducing the sulfur level. The test result in pilot production showed that the semi-efficient curing system (sulfur 0.9 phr ,accelarator 2.28 phr) was the optimal choice. This result was also confirmed by the physical properties and storage test of 9.00 - 20 finished tube. |
