      子午线轮胎一次法成型工艺采用平鼓式成型鼓,成型鼓直径小于钢丝圈底部直径。在定型过程中,胎坯形状由鼓形、半鼓形、半芯轮形到芯轮形变化 ,既使胎体帘布反包不打褶又使硫化前定型胎坯形状接近外胎模型形状。子午线轮胎成型鼓宽度计算公式从斜交轮胎推导而来:Bs=2L/δ1-2 (l-C),并进一步推导出平鼓式成型鼓宽度计算公式:Bs=2L/δ1
英文摘要:
      The flat drum is used in the single stage radial tire building process and the diameter of building drum is less than that of bead base.The green tire shape changes from drum shape ,semi-drum shape ,semi-core former shape to core former shape in the shaping process to make the carcass turn-up free of folding and the shaped green tire before vulcanization close to the tire mold shape. The equation for calculating the building drum width of radial tire is derived f rom that of bias tire :Bs =2L/δ1-2(l-C);and the equation for calculating the flat building drum width is further derived : Bs =2L/δ1。
