| 分析了轮胎企业产品退赔率上升的原因,认为轮胎用户使用不当(轮胎超载低压行驶) 是轮胎早期破坏的主要原因。以9.00-20 16PR 和9.00R20 16PR 轮胎在不同气压下的负荷测试结果说明低压等于超载,低压下超载对轮胎有致命危害。提出了“气压是轮胎的生命”的忠告。 |

| The causes for the increase of tire return for composate were analysed. It was consid-ered that the premature failure of tire was mainly resulted f rom running at the under-inflation pres-sure. The load test s of 9.00-20 16PR and 9.00R20 16PR tires at different inflation pressures were carried out . The results showed that the effect of under-inflation was equivalent to that of overload ;and the overload at under2inflation pressure would result in a dead damage of tire. |
