对钕系顺丁橡胶(NdBR)进行生胶和胶料性能试验,并与常规使用的镍系顺丁橡胶(NiBR)进行对比。结果表明,NdBR相对分子质量明显高于NiBR,且胶料耐热氧老化性优于NiBR。针对轮胎胎面胶配方中掺用50份NdBR-3 后其胶料加工性能不如NiBR 的问题,改变加工条件,使其加工性能达到或超过NiBR ,硫化胶耐磨性、耐疲劳性能和耐屈挠龟裂性能以及耐热空气老化性能优于NiBR,用其制做9.00-20里程试验轮胎,其耐磨性比NiBR 对比轮胎提高16.9 %。 |

An experimental study was made on the properties of raw NdBR and it s compound by using conventional NiBR as control. The result s showed that the molecular weight of NdBR was signif-icantly higher than that of NiBR and the thermal-oxidative ageing property of NdBR compound was better than that of NiBR compound ;the processibility of the tread compound with 50 part s of NdBR-3 was poorer than that of equivalent NiBR tread compound ,but it could reach or exceed that of the latter by adjusting the processing conditions;the wear resistance,fatigue property,flexing crack resistance and hot air ageing property of NdBR vulcanizate were better than those of NiBR vulcanizate;the wear resistance of 9.00-20 test tire made with NdBR was 16.9% higher than that of NiBR control tire. |
