      对掺用反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)的胎面和胎侧胶料进行了试验。试验结果表明,含TPI的胶料 具有良好的包辊性和毛细管流变性;硫化诱导期和焦烧时间稍有延长,这更有利于安全加工。因此,用少量(如20份) TPI替代NR制备胎面和胎侧胶从加工工艺角度考虑是可行的,无需改变现行轮胎生产设备和工艺配方。掺用TPI的胶料较不用者定伸应力提高,滚动阻力和压缩生热降低,耐疲劳性能优异,磨耗和干湿路面摩擦因数保持较高水平,即轮胎三大行驶性能间有较好的综合平衡。
英文摘要:
      The trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI)-containing tread and sidewall compounds were test-ed. The results showed that the TPI-containing compound featured the good banding charateristics and capillary rheology ,and the extended curing induction period and scorch time which were beneficial to safe process;f rom the view of precessibility ,it was practical to use small amount (e.g.20 parts) of TPI instead of NR for preparing t read and sidewall compounds without changing existent tire manufaturing eqnipment , technology and formula;the TPI-containing compound possessed higher modulus,lower rolling resistance and compression heat build-up ,better fatigue properties ,and higher wear resistace and friction coefficient both on dry and wet roads when compared with the conventional compound.
