      分析了影响轮胎部件不粘的原因,最常见的原因是硫黄喷霜和部件存放时间过长。介绍了分析所需配备的实验仪器,主要有60倍显微镜、红外分光光谱仪和紫外分光光谱仪。提出了表面分析过程图。叙述了硫黄和非硫黄喷霜的鉴定步骤。还讨论了引起部件不粘的表面物质产生的原因。
英文摘要:
      It has been found from the analysis of tackless tire parts that the main factors which cause the tackless rubber parts are sulfur blooming and extended storage period. The necessary inst ruments for analysis include microscope with 602fold magnification ,infrared spect rograph and ult raviolet spect rograph. A flow diagram of surface analysis is provided ,the examing procedure of sulfur and non2sulfur blooming is described and the causes of the surface substances resulting in the tackless rubber parts are discussed.
