      The effective factors on the determination for the coat gauge of calendered cord by isotopic-ray measurement were analysed ; the curves from the classical theoretic modelN = N0e-λm ，the simulating sample model y = f (x ，a，b，c，d) and the simulating predictive modely i = f ( xi，a，b，c，d) were compared with the measured values ; and the simple shape regression optimization was described.
