| 对IIR再生胶在IIR内胎中的扩大应用进行了研究。结果表明，在原生产配方的基础上将IIR再生胶的用量从24份增加到36份，并用17份EPDM等量替代IIR，调整配合剂用量，可以满足内胎胶料加工工艺要求，各项性能均能满足使用要求；成品内胎机床试验后的物理性能满足国家标准要求：每年可节约生产成本766万元。 |

| A study was made on the extended application of the reclaimed IIR to the IIR tire tube.The results showed that a tire tube compound with good processibilities and satisfactory physical properties could be obtained by increasing the reclaimed IIR level from 24 phr to 36 phr，replacing 17 phr of EPDM for equivalent IIR and adjusting the level of ingredients；the physical properties of the finished tube after the bench test were in accordance with the relative national standard；the production cost decreased by 7.66 m RMB Yuan a-l. |
