| 介绍了国产聚酯帘线替代人造丝帘线作为185/70R13轿车子午线轮胎骨架材料的应用情况。通过配方、结构及工艺条件的调整，可使用聚酯帘线增强的子午线轮胎成品各项性能均达到标准要求，均匀性合格率上升到78.4%，外观光滑、挺性好、不易变形，轮胎外观合格率达到99.3%。 |

| The application of the polyester cord made in China instead of the rayon cord to 185/70 R13 passenger car tire is described.With the modification of formula，structure design and processing technology，the performance of the radial tire reinforced with polyester cord is in accordance with the requirements in national standards.The acceptance rate of uniformity has increased to 78.4%，and the acceptance rate of appearance has increased to 99.3%. |
