      研究环保增塑剂DOTP用量对氯丁橡胶(CR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着增塑剂DOTP用量的增大,硫黄调节型CR121胶料的门尼粘度、FL和Fmax均减小,但对ts1,ts2和t90的影响不大,硫化胶的100%定伸应力和拉伸强度总体呈减小趋势,玻璃化转变温度降低,耐低温性能提高,硫化胶与锦纶布的剥离强度增大;增塑剂DOTP用量对CR121胶料的硬度、拉断伸长率和热稳定性影响不大;分别加入硫黄调节型或十二碳硫醇调节型氯丁二烯/二氯丁二烯共聚物(CR114或CR213)胶料的性能变化不规律,但CR121/CR213胶料(并用比为75/25)的综合性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      The effect of environmentally-friendly plasticizer DOTP dosage on the properties of chloroprene rubber(CR) compound was studied.The results showed that as the dosage of plasticizer DOTP increased,the Mooney viscosity,FL and Fmax of the sulfur-modified CR121 compound decreased,while its impact on ts1,ts2 and t90 was minimal.The modulus at 100% and tensile strength of the vulcanizate generally decreased,the glass transition temperature dropped,low-temperature resistance was improved,and the peel strength between the vulcanizate and nylon fabric increased.The dosage of plasticizer DOTP had little effect on the hardness,tensile elongation at break and thermal stability of the CR121 compound.The properties changes of sulfur-modified or dodecyl mercaptan-modified chloroprene/dichloroprene copolymer(CR114 or CR213) compounds were irregular,but the comprehensive properties of the CR121/CR213 blend with a blending ratio of 75/25 was the optimal.
