研究生物基增塑剂等量代替环保芳烃油在摩托车轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与环保芳烃油胶料相比,生物基增塑剂胶料的门尼粘度、硬度、100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力略低,拉伸强度和撕裂强度基本相当,拉断伸长率较大,耐磨性能稍差;抗湿滑性能相当,滚动阻力较低,耐低温性能较好;采用生物基增塑剂胎面胶的试验轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能与正常生产轮胎相当,滚动阻力较低,耐磨性能在可接受范围内;试验轮胎在室内外放置30 d后不变色,外观质量更好。 |

The application of bio-based plasticizer instead of environmentally friendly aromatic oil in tread compound of motorcycle tire was studied.The results showed that compared with environmentally friendly aromatic oil compound,the Mooney viscosity,hardness,modulus at 100% and 300% elongation of bio-based plasticizer compound decreased slightly,the tensile strength and tear strength were basically equal,the elongation at break increased,the wear resistance was slightly worse,the wet skid resistance was equivalent,the rolling resistance was lower,and the low temperature resistance was better.The durability and high speed performance of the experimental finished tires using tread compound with bio-based plasticizer were equivalent to those of normal production tires,the rolling resistance was lower,and the wear resistance was within the acceptable range.The experimental finished tire didn’t change color after being placed indoors and outdoors for 30 days,and the appearance quality was better. |
