      对航空子午线轮胎气密层胶进行配方设计。结果表明:采用天然橡胶、氧化丁基橡胶和高顺式顺丁橡胶并用,胶料的强伸性能略有降低,但气密性、耐屈挠性能和耐低温性能明显提升,可以满足航空子午线轮胎的产品设计要求;该配方气密层胶在一定程度上减小了轮胎质量,在保证额定轮胎质量下,为完善产品设计提供了更大空间。
英文摘要:
      The formula of inner liner compound for aircraft radial tires was designed.The results showed that when natural rubber,oxidized butyl rubber and high cis-butadiene rubber were used in combination,the strength and elongation properties of compound were slightly reduced,but the airtightness,flexural resistance and low temperature resistance were significantly improved,which could meet the product design requirements of aircraft radial tire.The inner liner compound with this formula could reduce the tire quality to a certain extent,and provide more space for improving the product design while ensuring the rated tire quality.
