分析挤出半成品部件脱层的原因并提出相应解决措施。流道和预口型设计不合理、终口型开型系数不匹配、机头压力小、胶料停放时间和环境温度变化大、胶料门尼粘度偏高、挤出机转速大、排胶温度高等均会造成挤出半成品部件脱层,采取重新设计机头、改善胶料存放环境、降低胶料门尼粘度、调整生产工艺参数等措施,有效解决了挤出半成品部件脱层问题。 |

The cause of extrusion semi-finished products delamination was analyzed and the corrective actions was proposed.The unreasonable design of flow channel and pre-die,the mismatching of opening coefficient of final die,the low pressure of head,the large change of parking time and ambient temperature,the high Mooney viscosity of compound,the excessive rotation speed of extruder and the high discharging temperature would cause the delamination of extrusion semi-finished products.Measures such as redesigning the flow channel and pre-die,improving the parking environment,reducing the Mooney viscosity of compound,adjust production process parameters were taken,and the problem of extrusion semi-finished products delamination was effectively solved. |
