| The causes of steel cord bending in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting systematic measures,such as standardizing building process parameters,precisely controlling vulcanization shaping pressure,and optimizing bead flat width design,the elongation rate of cacass steel cord was maintained within the standard range of 3.0%~3.5%,significantly reducing the incidence of the steel cord bending defects. |
