| 研究粘合剂用量对溴化丁基橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明：随着粘合剂GLR-21和粘合剂RA用量的增大，胶料的门尼粘度降低，门尼焦烧时间缩短，交联程度增大，硫化速度有所降低，硬度逐渐增大，拉伸强度先提高后降低，压缩永久变形增大；在粘合剂GLR-21和粘合剂RA用量比为1∶1情况下，每种粘合剂的用量以3份为佳。 |

| The effects of adhesive dosage on the properties of brominated butyl rubber compounds were investigated.The results showed that with the increase in the dosages of adhesive GLR-21 and adhesive RA，the Mooney viscosity of the rubber compounds decreased，the Mooney scorch time was shortened，the crosslinking degree increased，and the vulcanization rate decreased slightly，the hardness of the vulcanizates increased gradually，the tensile strength increased first and then decreased，and the compression set increased.When the dosage ratio of adhesive GLR-21 to adhesive RA was 1∶1，the optimal dosage of each adhesive was 3 phr. |
