| 介绍港口跨运机用450/95R25全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 504 mm,断面宽 426 mm,行驶面宽度 384 mm,行驶面弧度高 16 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 305 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.79,胎面采用港口轮胎专用条形花纹,花纹深度 50 mm。施工设计:胎面采用双层结构,胎体采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,带束层采用4层设计,1#带束层采用3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层均采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、蒸锅过热水硫化。成品轮胎性能测试结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能和耐久性能均满足设计要求。 |

| Design of 450/95R25 all-steel off-the-road radial tire for port straddle carrier was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 504 mm,cross-section width 426 mm,width of running surface 384 mm,arc height of running surface 16 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm,bead width at rim seat 305 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.79,using port tire strip pattern for tread,pattern depth 50 mm.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using two-layer structure for tread,using 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using 4-layer design for belt,3+8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# belt,7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belts,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 4# belt,using one-stage two-drum building machine to build tire and steamer superheated water method to cure tire.The test results of the finished tire performance showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,physical properties and durability of the tire met the requirements of the design. |
