从人、机、料、法、环、测6个方面系统分析全钢载重子午线轮胎加工制造过程中出现质量波动的原因,通过构建精准的半成品质量测量和预警体系,革新原材料采购模式,推进复配与首批验证流程,优化混炼胶停放时间,推进混炼胶在固定生产线生产,采用挤出部件质量自动筛选系统,实施质量精细化管控,形成轮胎质量预警、分析、对策、评价全流程管控体系,轮胎质量达标率显著提高。 |

The reasons for weight fluctuations in the processing and manufacturing of all-steel truck and bus radial tires were systematically analyzed from six aspects:human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement.By constructing a precise semi-finished product weight measurement and warning system,innovating the raw material procurement mode,promoting compounding and first batch verification processes,optimizing the parking time of mixed compound,promoting the production of mixed compound fixed production lines,adopting an automatic screening system for extruded component weight,implementing refined quality control,and forming a full process control system for tire weight warning,analysis,countermeasures and evaluation,the qualified rate of tire weight was significantly improved. |
