分析全钢子午线轮胎胎肩胶边杂质的产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。轮胎在硫化过程中,胎坯胎肩形状与模具形状不匹配,造成成品轮胎肩部胶边过多,胶边反粘到模具上,导致成品轮胎肩部粘胶边形成杂质,通过采取改变胎坯胎肩形状,减小胎面肩部宽度及采取折点设计,减小胎侧部件宽度和边部厚度,控制胎面辊压延展率,合理设定胎面辊压时后压辊转角位,调整模具分模线设计等措施,可有效避免胶边杂质的产生,改善轮胎外观质量。 |

The causes of impurities in the shoulder rubber edge of 12R22.5 all-steel radial tire were analyzed,and the countermeasures were proposed.During the vulcanization process of tires,the shape of the shoulder of the green tire did not match the shape of the mold,resulting in excessive rubber edges on the shoulder of the finished tire after vulcanization,and the rubber edges sticking back to the mold,causing impurities to form on the adhesive edge of the shoulder of the finished tire.By adopting the the countermeasures such as changing the shape of the shoulder of the green tire,reducing the width of the shoulder of the tread and adopting a folding point design,reducing the width and thickness of the sidewall components,controlling the elongation rate of the tread roll pressing,setting the angle position of the rear pressure roller reasonably during tread roll pressing,and adjusting the design of the mold parting line,the impurities in shoulder rubber edge could effectively avoid,and the appearance quality of the tire could be improved effectively. |
