      研究采用管式反应器连续化合成促进剂ZDMC(二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌)的工艺,并分析工艺参数对产品质量的影响。最佳工艺条件为:n(二甲胺)∶n(二硫化碳)∶n(氢氧化钠)∶n(氯化锌)=1.0∶1.3∶1.01∶0.502,二甲胺质量分数为40%,氢氧化钠质量分数为32%,氯化锌质量分数为15%,反应温度为40 ℃,水、二甲胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠、氯化锌体积比为7∶25∶10∶15∶75;采用该工艺条件,在管式反应器中进行连续化合成反应,所得产品质量满足GB/T 11409—2008要求,收率在98.5%以上。
英文摘要:
      The synthesis process of accelerator ZDMC(zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate) using a continuous tubular reactor was studied,and the influence of process parameters on product quality was analyzed.The optimal process conditions were n(dimethylamine)∶n(carbon disulfide)∶n(sodium hydroxide)∶n(zinc chloride)=1.0∶1.3∶1.01∶0.502,the mass fraction of dimethylamine,sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride was 40%,32%,15% respectively,the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,and the volume ratio of water,dimethylamine,carbon disulfide,sodium hydroxide and zinc chloride was 7∶25∶10∶15∶75.Using this process condition,a continuous synthesis reaction was carried out in a tubular reactor,and the product quality met the requirements of GB/T 11409—2008 with a yield of over 98.5%.
