中文摘要:
      对全钢子午线轮胎胎圈复合填充胶预口型进行优化设计。结果表明:选择合适的材料可以增大预口型表面的硬度,从而改善预口型使用中磕碰、磨损的现象;扩大预口型流胶口出口尺寸能够使其匹配多种规格的口型板,从而大幅减少预口型的更换;调整预口型流胶口贴合面尺寸,可以解决半部件贴合面容易出现气泡、脱层的问题。使用改进后的预口型可以缩短轮胎生产时间,提高轮胎半成品质量。
英文摘要:
      The optimal design of the predie for composite bead filler compound of all-steel radial tire was improved.The results showed that selecting the appropriate materials could increase the hardness of the predie surface,thereby improve the phenomenon of collision and wear of the predie during use.Expanding the outlet size of the predie flow compound port could match multiple specifications of die plates,thereby significantly reduce the replacement of predies.Adjusting the size of the predie flow compound port fitting surface could solve the problems of bubbles and delamination on the fitting surface of tire semi-finished components.Using modified predie could shorten tire production time and improve the quality of semi-finished tires.
