分析全钢工程机械子午线轮胎面接头开裂原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过增大挤出裁刀刀刃长度和刀枕高度、胎面长度,取消胎面底层聚乙烯膜,在成型过程中使用钢丝刷将胎面接头边部打毛等措施,胎面接头开裂问题基本解决,缺陷率由最高时的15%降低至0.16%。 |

The causes of tread joint cracking of all-steel off-the-road radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By increasing the blade length and blade pillow height of the extrusion cutter,and the length of the tread,eliminating the use of polyethylene film at the bottom of the tread,and roughening the edges of the tread joint with a steel wire brush during the building process,the problem of tread joint cracking was basically solved,and the defect rate was reduced from the highest 15% to 0.16%. |
