The causes of sidewall bubbles in all-steel truck and bus radial tire were nalyzed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.By controlling the thickness of the appex edge,and optimizing the sidewall shape,the anti-slip layer width and inflation time of building capsule,the defect rate of sidewall bubbles was effectively reduced,which could improve the tire quality,and reduce the production cost. |
