      研究汽车车门密封条的设计优化。通过调节配方可以优化密封条的压缩永久变形;改变密封条密度、断面结构调节车门关门力,该过程可通过有限元仿真模拟精准优化;控制密封间隙以及增大涂层厚度可有效改善与密封条接触的钣金漆面磨损变色问题;选用摩擦系数较小的涂层材料和内耗能较大的密封条材料可有效降低密封条摩擦异响;整车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度性能可通过控制密封间隙、优化密封条断面及压缩负荷、设置风切音结构等改善;在满足性能要求下,应简化密封条结构设计,以提高产品生产效率和质量稳定性。
英文摘要:
      The design optimization of car door sealing strips was studied.By adjusting the formula,the compression permanent deformation of sealing strip could be optimized.Changing the density and cross-sectional structure of sealing strip could adjust the car door closing force,and finite element simulation could be used to optimize it accurately.Controlling the sealing gap and increasing the coating thickness could effectively reduce the wear and discoloration of the sheet metal paint surface in contact with the sealing strip.Choosing coating materials with lower friction coefficients and sealing strip materials with higher internal friction energy could effectively reduce the friction noise of sealing strips.The noise,vibration,harshness property of the entire vehicle could be improved by controlling the sealing gap,optimizing the sealing strip section and compression load,and setting up wind cutting sound structures.The structure design of sealing strip should be simplified to improve production efficiency and product quality stability while meeting the performance requirements.
