研究新型促进剂SWG在轮胎胶料中的应用。结果表明:与早效型促进剂DM胶料相比,促进剂SWG胶料的加工安全性较好,可以减少防焦剂的使用;与促进剂CZ胶料相比,促进剂SWG胶料的硫化速度较快,交联程度和物理性能相当。此外,促进剂SWG比促进剂DM和CZ价格低,具有较好的经济效益。 |

The application of a new accelerator SWG in tire compound was studied.The results showed that,compared with the early effect accelerator DM compound,the accelerator SWG compound had better processing safety and could reduce the amount of anti-scorching agent.Compared with accelerator CZ,the vulcanization speed of accelerator SWG compound was faster,the crosslinking degree and physical properties of vulcanizates were equivalent.In addition,the price of accelerator SWG was lower than that of accelerator DM and CZ,which had better economic benefits. |
