介绍275/70R22.5 BY568智能公交专用全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 971 mm,断面宽 279 mm,行驶面宽度 242 mm,行驶面弧度高 8.3 mm,胎圈着合直径 569.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度 222 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.011,胎面采用纵向折沟花纹变节距设计,花纹深度 21 mm,花纹周节数 60,花纹饱和度 79.6%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层结构,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT钢丝帘线,1#带束层采用4+6×0.30HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI钢丝帘线,采用一次法三鼓成型机成型,双模硫化机、氮气工艺硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均满足国家标准要求。 |

The design on 275/70R22.5 BY568 intelligent bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 971 mm,cross-sectional width 279 mm,width of running surface 242 mm,arc height of running surface 8.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 222 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.011,using longitudinal groove pattern and variable pitch for tread design,pattern depth 21 mm,number of pattern pitches 60,and block/total ratio 79.6%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:full layered structure for tread,3×0.24+9×0.225CCHT steel cord for carcass ply,4+6×0.30HT steel cord for 1# belt,3+8×0.33ST steel cord for 2# and 3# belts,5×0.35HI steel cord for 4# belt.Using one stage three drum building machine to build tire and double mold press to cure tire by nitrogen vulcanization process.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance met the requirements of national standards. |
