介绍12.00R20 156/153E 20PR加强型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径?1 130 mm,断面宽?305 mm,行驶面宽度?252 mm,行驶面弧度高?8 mm,胎圈着合直径?511 mm,胎圈着合宽度?230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)?0.612,采用阶梯式短直沟花纹设计,花纹深度?26 mm,花纹饱和度?80.02%,花纹周节数?26。施工设计:胎面采用抗撕裂性能和耐磨性能良好的胶料配方,带束层采用4层带束层加0°带束层结构,第1和第2层带束层采用4+6×0.38HT钢丝帘线,第3和第4层带束层采用5×0.38HEI钢丝帘线,0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用0.25+(6+12)×0.225HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、热板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均达到国家标准。 |

The design of 12.00R20 156/153E 20PR reinforced truck and bus radial tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 130 mm,cross-sectional width?305 mm,width of running surface?252 mm,arc height of running surface?8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?511 mm,bead width at rim seat?230 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)?0.612,stepped short straight groove pattern design was adopted,pattern depth?26 mm,block/total ratio?80.02%,number of pattern pitches?26.In the construction design,the tread was made of compound with good tear resistance and wear resistance,4 layers belts and 0° belt were used,4+6×0.38HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,5×0.38HEI steel cord for 3# and 4# belt,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt and 0.25+(6+12)×0.225HT steel cord for carcass.Using one-stage building machine to build tires and hot platen vulcanizing press to cure tires.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength and endurance performance met the requirements of national standards. |
