The causes of bubbles in inner liner complex of truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.By increasing the angle,hardness and pressure of the complex roller,and adding a displacement sensor before the air tight layer complex to reduce the tension of the air tight layer and make its shrinkage rate after complex consistent with that of the transition layer,the problem of bubbles in the inner liner complex was solved,and the tire quality and economic benefits of the enterprise were improved. |
