Abstract:

    Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd. increases investment in technology research.  The company integrates resources and conducts research cooperation extensively. Circular economy has been developed relying on technological progress and the economic development model of the raw materials for raw material - manufacturing – recycling has been achieved. In materials research, the company focuses on the research on the application and development of the novel bio-based rubber resources named Taraxacum kok-saghyz. The union named “the application and development of Taraxacum kok-saghyz” has been set up by Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Chemical Technology ,Zhanjiang Experimental Station, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences and other research institutions to carry out the research on the second natural rubber based on Taraxacum kok-saghyz. In the tire manufacturing processes, Some new technology devices such as a method of continuous mixers, electronic pre-vulcanization, a method of once forming，nitrogen vulcanization have been used .In terms of utilization of waste rubber, the research on preparation of regenerated rubber by using continuous dynamic desulfurization process and the application in tire has been launched by Shandong Linglong Tyre Co., Ltd. and Beijing University of Chemical Technology. While concerning about the entrepreneurial social responsibility, the tire retreading service network has been established.
