Abstract：This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and development trend of green tires in the global perspective. Secondly, the paper set Aeolus’s innovative practice---overall process of green manufacturing, which including lean production from the upstream raw materials, tire manufacturing process and the performance of downstream products, as an example. It also narrates that Aeolus has implemented 100% green manufacturing in its radial tire products globally without differences and discriminations. Simultaneously the related environmental protection laws and regulations are not introduced in china, and world-class tire enterprises didn’t fulfill the rules of developed country’s tire industry. All about these have renewed the general recognition thoroughly, that China’s tire is not all low-end products. At last, it
puts forward the feasible suggestion on the development of the international green tire  and transformation and upgrading of tire industry.
