Abstract: A newly developed real time spectral birefringence technique was implemented to follow the coupled relationships between birefringence, true stress and true strain behavior. For this purpose, natural rubber vulcanizates with varying clay content were prepared. Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (WAXS) was used to follow the dynamics of structural evolution during extension. The results show that oriented crystallites are formed along the stretching direction in NR/OC nanocomposites, and stretched to same ratio, the OC loading is higher, strain-induced crystallization formed at lower engineering stretched ratio. ———————————————— Biography: Liang YuRong, Female, Birth in 1971, Professor, Tutors for master degree, Director of Science & Technology Department.
