Weidong Que, born in 1968, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, graduated from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) EMBA, won the 16th Wuxi City Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2008.
    In 2003, Weidong Que established Quechen Silicon Chemical Co., Ltd. and Wuxi TOVO Chemical Power Co., Ltd. in Wuxi City, as chairman and general manager till now. As of 2014, Quechen is the China biggest and world third biggest silica manufacturer with annual capacity 250,000 tons. Quechen self-developed low polymerizing & high dispersible silica, which makes great contribution to improve fuel efficiency of tires and enhance drive safety of vehicles, winning good reputation in the market.
