Guangbi Gong, Ph.D, as a Principal Engineer, Senior Skilled Expert granted by CNPC, part-time Professor at Northwest Normal University, Lanzhou Jiaotong University and Lanzhou University of Technology, Mr. Gong is now working as the Vice-director for Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Center, Petrochemical Research Institute, PetroChina.

    Mr. Gong has been working in the research and development of synthetic rubber from 1991 and accumulated much experience from lab research to industrial-scale manufacture in SSBR, ESBR, NBR and rubber processing. New brand products and technologies have been invented, such as the environment-friendly ESBR, NBR, BIR products and liquid phase mixing, rubber hydrogenation technologies. More than 40 papers are issued and 100 plus patents are applied for among which 30 patents are granted. He has won more than 10 national and provincial science and technology progress awards.
