First Name: Xinmin Within past 2 decades, Mr. Chen has devoted himself to not only research and industrialization of organic synthesis and fine chemistry, but study on synthesis mechanism in the fields of medicine, pesticide, dye and rubber chemicals, and application and industrialization of global advanced technology and products as well. He has also accumulated fruitful understanding and deeply insights of global development trend of Petrochemical, synthetic rubber and tire industry, which leads to fantastic cooperation and smooth communication with advanced tire enterprises home and aboard. Worked as R&D Vice President of Jiangsu Sinorgchem Technology Co., Ltd (short for Sinorgchem below) since 2009, Mr. Chen has been taking full responsibility of R&D Department of Sinorgchem to explore transformation methods of rubber chemicals products to promote core competitive capability of R&D Dept. and accelerate strategic cooperation with international well-known tire manufacturers. He has been guided R&D team to become a comprehensive green chemistry pioneer with vulcanizing agent, coupling agents, silica, accelerants from single rubber antioxidant for better service to global customers.
