Prospective authors are invited to submit extended abstracts related to the topics. An extended abstract must be a maximum of 2 pages with 300 to 500 words. There can be a limited number of lectures, and the contributions must be pre-selected through the review process. The final paper, which must be original and valuable, will be 4 to 10 pages long. All papers appear in conference proceedings memoir. Selected papers will be invited to present in IRC2014.
