      通过分析高速均匀性试验数据,结合傅里叶变换的基本方法实现时域到频域的转变,提出了通过高速均匀性数据体现的力的强迫响应计算轮胎径向一阶固有频率的方法并进行验证。结果表明,通过高速均匀性数据获取轮胎径向一阶固有频率的方法可行,并在此理论基础上分析出冠带条缠绕方式对轮胎固有频率影响较大,带束层设计对固有频率影响不大。
英文摘要:
      The transformation from time domain to frequency domain was achieved by analyzing the data of high-speed uniformity test and combining the basic method of Fourier transform.The method for calculating the radial first-order natural frequency of tire through the force response reflected by high-speed uniformity data was proposed and verified.The results showed that the method of obtaining the radial first-order natural frequency of tire through high-speed uniformity data was feasible.Based on this theory,it was analyzed that the winding mode of cap ply had greater influence on the natural frequency of tire,and the belt material had little effect on the natural frequency.
