      研究过渡层胶与气密层胶的掺用比对胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着气密层胶中过渡层胶的掺用比增大,胶料气密性逐渐下降,掺用比大于11%时,气密性明显变差;门尼粘度变化不大,焦烧时间延长,硫化速度变慢;密度降低,硬度略有增大,定伸应力先增大后减小,拉伸强度、撕裂强度和耐屈挠性能变化不大,拉断伸长率减小,成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The influence of mixing ratio of transition layer compound and inner liner compound on performance of blend was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of the mixing ratio of transition layer compound in the inner liner compound ,the air tightness gradually decreased.When the mixing ratio was more than 11%,the air tightness was obviously worse.The Mooney viscosity changed little,the scorch time prolonged,the curing speed become slower,the density decreased,the hardness slightly increased,the stress at definite elongation first increased and then decreased.The tensile strength,tear strength and flexure resistance changed little,the elongation at break decreased,and the cost decreased.
